Welcome to the Jindal Global Summer School (JGSS) 2024! JGSS provides opportunity for high school students to experience a world-class residential university campus life for 10 days. First started in 2017 as Aspire India Scholars Programme, JGSS has successfully facilitated hundreds of high school students to manage their crucial transition from high school education to higher education.

PROGRAMME


The International Institute for Higher Education Research & Capacity Building (IIHEd) at JGU hosts the Jindal Global Summer School (JGSS) for high school (IX, X, XI & XII) students. The purpose of JGSS is to create opportunities for high school students to experience the diversity of academic programmes, disciplines and campus environment that are available to them at the tertiary level and to enable an informed transition from high school to university. The Programme is called the Aspire India Scholars Programme 2024.

Life at JGU

JGU is located on a 100+ acre residential campus in the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi. The campus was designed by the award-winning French architect Stephane Paumier, whose projects include the Alliance Française complex and the Air Force Museum in New Delhi.

Amenities on campus include fully air-conditioned hostels, academic blocks, top-of-the-line catering and housekeeping.  The university   has   state-of-the-art Infrastructure that facilitates a comfortable and academically vibrant environment for students and staff. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. More..
